As I HAVE to give them one star? That’s all you are getting when it comes to neglect. My mother-in-law being a patient at this place having to go to the hospital because of neglect and med changes has been twice now! You are not getting a 3rd chance. I have more pictures and videos of the cell phones being more important than the care of patients. So go ahead and delete this review so I can keep posting. Loved ones? Beware!!

Our family is incredibly grateful for the care my mother-in-law received at Central Park Rehabilitation. The facility was always clean, welcoming, well maintained, and the staff truly treated her with kindness and compassion. During such a difficult time, the social worker was especially helpful, honest, and supportive every step of the way. The team did everything they could to make her end-of-life experience as peaceful and positive as possible, and that meant so much to our family. Thank you to everyone at Central Park Rehabilitation for the care, dignity, and compassion you showed her.

They need to have better equipment a bed linen as well as towels and wash cloths. I did have to buy these on my own. When it comes to Taylor, since she has been here, the director of social work has gone above and beyond her job to get me home to my family. I am finally going home after almost a year. Thank you Taylor for getting me home my family and I love you.

As a Visitor of a patient, I was treated with smiles and all my questions were answered promptly and with kindness. In short I felt welcome!

Welp! Yeah, so I was sent there for rehab and had some great staff and care but then, the not so ok...I also was at their other rehab center and it was really bad and traumatic... Some of the people at Central Park were great!!! Be assertive, and be smart and you must advocate for your selves always!!! I had a woman I shared a room with but I can't remember her last name...she's African American, grew up in Syracuse her name is Gloria, a sis that's a nurse at a hospital and she's 72ish. We were there last March together...I'd like to catch with her and how she's doing now if anyone can help...Peace, love and light!
