Central Island Healthcare

Central Island Healthcare is a short-term rehabilitation facility located in Plainview, New York. For over 45 years, the community has served patients recovering from hospitalization due to stroke, surgery, heart attack, or accident. The specialized subacute care unit maintains a high nurse-to-patient ratio to support patient recovery.

The facility offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services coordinated to help patients return to their original level of activity.
