What a wonderful facility. No one wants to go to Rehab or Skilled Nursing but how fortunate we are to have such a caring, clean and compassionate place. Not only is this a great asset to the community it is a wonderful community on the inside. And mom says the food is great! Thank you!

They have plenty of activities for the neighbors. The care team is wonderful, they keep the family involved in the care. The staff has been wonderful to my Mother in law, and if any concerns they immediately get on the phone and call us. The Neighbors who live there, are respectful to each other. There might be a slip up, here and there.but that is everywhere. I'm very pleased with them.

One of the worse holes ever. The first day my mother was put in a wheelchair, not locked, and fell out. Her elbow after 6 months is still swollen and not healed. The only reason it was looked at by a nurse was I took photos daily for 7 days before anyone did anything. She waited 2 hours to use the bathroom until I called and told them they did not want me there to walk her to the bathroom. Mother was told to wet the bed, they would take care of it later. All patients had on adult diapers because no one wanted to take the time to walk patients to the bathroom. My mother is on oxygen at 4L 24/7. the removed it to take her to shower, where they hosed her down. She is never to be removed from her O2. The wall paper was falling off the walls and her room swept once a week. They changed her roommate's colostomy bag at dinner time then wondered why my mother never ate. Her bed linens were changed once a week. She shared a bathroom with the men in the room next door. I hate to think what went on in the night with men having access to the women like that. The aides would set the rommate's dinner on the table, leave and then come back and not feed or set her up to eat, just take the tray away. HORRIBLE!!! All true. Sad thing is when we complained to mother's insurance about the conditions, mom being discharged with a wound on her elbow (an acquired wound) they did nothing. Never, EVER again will that happen. DO NOT put your family member here unless you really hate them.
