How fortunate we were to have CenterWell Home Health as our home care service. We had kind, caring and compassionate care providers. Bettina, our OT and Karen , our PT, helped navigate a very difficult recovery for Bill. We are so grateful for their care and encouragement. Tracy, our personal care provider was so helpful and comforting. We will miss seeing these 3 professionals. But are so thankful for their care and the great progress Bill made with their help.

I had three people come to visit after I had brain surgery and had left a re-hab center. A Rn, OT and PT / nurse that did some balance test's that I hadn't heard about yet. They were all very personable and professional, shared some laughs and discussions, it was fun and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to anyone. Thanks again, Mike Hart

From day one I was treated with respect but most importantly the staff and help were cheerful, and had a positive attitude toward my ability to get well and independent again. My comments extend to the care assistant(s) and the kitchen staff and the meals were awesome. They always were exactly as needed.

Does Medicare cover care from CenterWell Home Health?

Yes. CenterWell Home Health is a Medicare-certified home health agency, so Medicare Part A or Part B pays in full for skilled nursing, therapy and home health aide visits when a doctor orders them and the patient is homebound. There is no copay for covered home health visits. Medicare rates the agency's quality of patient care 5.0 out of 5 stars.
