The community features one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 881 to 1,600 square feet, equipped with state-of-the-art climate control, lighting, and security systems.

Apartments at Ridge Creek are designed with 21st-century technology and contemporary fixtures, including spacious full kitchens equipped with up-to-date appliances. The community offers 10 different floor plan styles, with only 60 new apartments available. Each residence includes a deck or patio, and residents have access to underground parking.
