Heritage Marketing staff has offered candid helpful information to us as potential residents. We feel fortunate to have positive interaction. Luke Freeman in particular keeps us apprised as new information regarding Heritage is shared in a timely, professional and courteous manner. As a result, we look forward to becoming a part of the Heritage community.

Moved my mother in law in recently and we cannot say enough great things about her care and the staff! They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure her transition into assisted living is as seamless as possible. Izabela is literally an angel here on Earth and always looking out for the residents best interest. I know now place is perfect but the staff here genuinely cares about their residents which shows time and time again.

My past experience with this place is how little they care about people! 7 years ago they kicked out EVERYONE that lived there so they could tear down our beloved homes and replace them with homes for seniors who have more money then we did.that says a lot for this place!!!!!

I’m sorry to say but this place is ripping people off!!! They barely check in on their residents and the only time my relative gets a shower is when hospice comes in a does it! I mean come on 6500.00 a month is outrageous for just a room and meals. Please everyone do your research before putting your loved one in this facility 😡 You really should be ashamed of what you charge I hope I can figure out how to get you investigated!!!
