Im going to email the head person but I want to leave a Google review so that other families that are just going through what my family has just done. Let me share my story from being a full time caregiver for my Grandmother. In June of 2025 my full-time working doing everything 100%on her own tough Grandmother had a sever stroke right after her 78th Birthday. She was sent to one of the biggest and best hospitals but unfortunately she remained right side paralyzed which meant she was bed bound and needed 100% care given. We drove an hour away and hour back for almost 2 months and then she was sent to a rehabilitation facility closer to home. In this "rehabilitation facility " she wasn't cared for properly so we took turns staying with her making sure she recieved the care she needed but she also wanted go home. When she was basically kicked out of the rehabilitation place they sent another home health health and they were awful treated my Grandmother like a "job" thankfully her health insurance switched us to Centerwell and let me tell you this place these therapist are angels on this earth. They taught us more in just the first visit then anyone had in 2 months. The hardest part of this stroke wasn't all that I had mentioned above it was watching your most independent loved one weather away into a shell of her and allowing others come into my safe place for myself and family and to put my all trust into a stranger to help my loved one and Im so glad we had Centerwell. They are the most compassionate and caring home health you will ever meet and they also treated us her family the exact same way. If you have the decision to select Centerwell home health you will not go wrong for your loved one.

CenterWell Home Health of Kannapolis has been very helpful taking care of my mom the last couple months. We have been very pleased with the care of their nurses have shown my mom. The only thing I wish would have been better is their communication with their patient and their family. I would have given 5 stars if the communication would have been a little better. Other than that, I would recommend this company for care of your loved one.

Very impressed with the entire team assigned to my mother after hip surgery. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about her progress, and put goals in place. They understand the complexity of working with the elderly and was able to motivate my mother to do her exercises. Very, very impressed.

Everyone that has been to my house and worked with me are amazing. They are all very professional and care about how I feel and make sure my needs are met. They are all great but Amber has went above and beyond while she has been with me for physical therapy.. She is awesome! She even sat on my floor to help me. That was definitely going above and beyond.
