I’ve used Intrepid three different times in the past. Was so pleased each time with the great care I received. They were very attentive with any health issue I had. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Both of my parents were with intrepid. Such an amazing experience specially for my mother. She couldn’t walk and had wounds on both feet. Nurse Heather did amazing she was always there for us. She also needed Speach therapy Misty helped her speak louder and she was able to swallow again without difficulty. Pt also did a great job with both of my parents. Overall everyone is very helpful and they care about the patients.

First I would like to say that I have never personally had any experience with using a Home Health Service and this first time experience was absolutely Wonderful! DAINA, the admitting nurse was so kind and compassionate and she made my dad and I comfortable in a situation that was foreign to both of us…..JEANINE, Pallative Care support nurse, she was so very helpful and answered so many questions, even after her long work day was over, compassionate and caring and touching base with me daily for emotional support…..AARON, Physical Therapist; many people had told me that PT would be a joke and not helpful for my dad, those people were SO VERY WRONG!! AARON was AWESOME! Kind, sweet and very compassionate towards my dad but he definitely gave him a GREAT workout each and every time and also being considerate of my dad’s shortness of breath! Just these three people alone were FANTASTIC and I would recommend them over and over again! I would venture to guess each employee across the board is exceptional!! Thank you Intrepid Home Health! We appreciate y’all!!!!

I would like to express my deepest appreciation & gratitude for all of my sister’s wonderful caregivers during her long struggle with end stage cancer. She was visited by the chaplain, social worker & nurse right away after requesting Hospice. A bariatric hospital bed with a gel mattress was set up in the home. A Hoyer lift was provided to move my sister. This greatly improved my sister’s comfort. I would like to thank Ruth for coming to bathe my sister. She was great. When we ran into problems with my sister’s care on the weekend, Kristy, RN contacted the physician & then made a home visit to check on my sister. Leigh, RN was our case manager & she recognized that my sister needed some additional medication to help with providing comfort the day before she passed away. Leigh came when my sister passed. She took care of everything that needed to be done. She was such a great support for my sister’s husband & myself. If I have left anyone out, please forgive me.

Does Medicare cover care from CenterWell Home Health?

Yes. CenterWell Home Health is a Medicare-certified home health agency, so Medicare Part A or Part B pays in full for skilled nursing, therapy and home health aide visits when a doctor orders them and the patient is homebound. There is no copay for covered home health visits. Medicare rates the agency's quality of patient care 2.5 out of 5 stars.
