My elderly father sustained a significant back injury. Following his discharge from the hospital, he was transferred to The Center at Foresight. As anticipated, our family was unprepared for the implications of this new reality. Prior to his arrival, Rachel from admissions contacted me to facilitate a seamless transition. I particularly valued her deliberate efforts to ensure my father received optimal care from the outset. Her approach was simply exceptional. My father resided there for approximately three weeks. During this period, he received treatment from remarkably patient and skilled therapists. On a daily basis, my father was attended to by an outstanding care team that ensured timely medication administration, effective management of his pre-existing condition, and comprehensive assistance with his nutritional and personal needs around the clock. A family member frequently stayed with my father overnight; the night staff demonstrated exceptional accommodation. On numerous occasions, I observed the profound care and attention bestowed upon my father, as if he were a member of their own family. Their professionalism was exemplary, and more significantly, their genuine compassion was evident. Witnessing this level of dedication provided our family with immense comfort regarding my father's care, particularly as we navigated a departure from our cultural norms. They provided invaluable assistance in helping us adapt to this change. My father not only received excellent care but was also equipped with valuable resources for his ongoing recovery. As a family, we were better prepared to confront our new circumstances. We extend our sincere gratitude to The Center at Foresight. For anyone considering a rehabilitation facility for a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend The Center at Foresight.

I was at Foresight twice this year, the first time for 7 weeks and the second time for 5 weeks. The hard-working nurses, CNAs, cleaning staff and other personnel all made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their knowledge, compassion and kindness were exceptional. The therapy department is the best. Their knowledge, guidance and encouragement were an integral part of my recovery. Becca, the director of the therapy department, paired me each time with just the right group of therapists that she knew I would need for my recovery. Because of these dedicated women and men, I was able to return home with confidence.

What a superb facility and staff! I just spent 6 wks being cared for by a large team of skilled, exceptionally caring professionals who go the extra mile for you always. The facility itself is lovely and cheerful with each floor having visiting areas and spaces (rooms) for shared family meals and/or table games/puzzles etc.. The PT and OT teams work with you to aid in your healing and are all excellent at what they do. The gym has a large variety of equipment and tools with access to an outdoor area in which to walk or rest between laps. For me, this became a wonderful learning experience in addition to feeling safe after a nasty fall, broken femur, and collateral injury to my eye and forehead. To all who helped me get through this, please accept my deepest thanks for all you did. I am so grateful and blessed to have been in your care. And, oh yes, I am recommending The Center at Foresight as the best in our city... totally and completely!!!
