Comfort Keepers have been a great blessing to our family! My mom’s dementia has been a difficult adjustment for our family! Tosha showed amazing compassion and connection to my mom and gave great comfort to our step Dad with all her care for them both! We recently have had Jessica 5 days a week, for a couple months now, and we truly appreciate how she has connected to my Mom! She’s highly attentive and creative in how she entertains and socializes with my mom! Jessica is a “doer”, and takes care of things my step dad doesn’t even know to ask for! Our family is grateful for these amazing caregivers! Thank you to them all !!

Phyllis C. Is always happy when she steps in our building to see u our residents . Residents love seeing her and spending time with her. They always ask when she is coming back. I hate leaving bad reviews but the way my husband is being treated is so unprofessional. Everything was just fine until the new owner Jeff decided to redo scheduling. We had a caretaker Hailie for 2 years and already knew just what my husband needed, how to do it and had gained a hard earned relationship with him. He enjoyed having her around! I never had to worry if I needed to go to work. NOW twice a week I have to stay home from work, and wait to see if anyone will show, most have never been to our home and don't know anything. So I have to be here to show them. Last week one lady refused to change the sheets on his bed. I call & call & call - nothing changes, we just want the caretaker we had. We feel like others were prioritized over my husband. I want others to have good care too but why make us miserable in the process? Sorry that I was forced to post this in order to be heard!
