The promise of internet is only talk. In certain rooms, there is no reception and in order to get reception, it is up to the family to arrange and pay for, even after being promised time and again the facility would get it resolved. This lasted several WEEKS! This is one of the issues we had with the facility in the short 7 weeks my mother was there before passing unexpectedly. I recommend exploring other options for your loved one.
