Centennial Manor is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired (also available to those over the age of 18).

Our community is within blocks of numerous grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping malls, a community hospital, medical facilities, and a Post Office.

Transportation around the city is hassle-free as there is round-the-clock taxi, bus and Senior Shuttle service available to our residents.

Pets are welcomed, but a deposit is required and there are size limitations.

Centennial Manor is a smoke-free community.

RHF was founded in 1961 by two United Church of Christ clergy and a layman with a vision of providing quality housing and services for seniors. Today we are proud to offer the following services in 29 states:

Residential Living

Retirement can be the most exciting time of your life! Our Residential Retirement communities offer a variety of activities and accommodations to suit your lifestyle.

Assisted Living

Assisted Living is a level of care, licensed by the state, that provides residents with assistance with various daily activities.

Skilled Nursing

Skilled nursing is needed when you or your loved one requires a licensed nurse to manage, observe, or evaluate your care. Our nurses are compassionate and well-trained, and they truly care about each resident.

Memory Care

Memory loss affects about ten percent of people over the age of 65. Our memory loss programs are staffed with personnel who are trained in the care of residents with memory impairment. This care is provided in a friendly and safe environment.

Respite Care

Our Respite Care Program is designed for individuals who, temporarily, need a watchful and caring environment because their home caregiver is temporarily unable or unavailable. We provide the care and attention needed while the caregiver is away.

Affordable Assisted Living

The unique combination of Assisted Living and Affordable Housing can only be found at one RHF community Park Place in Seattle, Washington. At Park Place, the City of Seattle and Retirement Housing Foundation has teamed together to offer an assisted living environment at an affordable price for lower income older adults.

Affordable Housing for Older Adults

RHF's affordable housing communities for older adults are for those who meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) income and age criteria. This varies with every community. Please review our available locations and contact them directly to see if you qualify.

Affordable Housing for Working Families

RHF's affordable housing communities for families are for those who meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) income criteria. This varies with every community. We encourage you to contact the community of interest to find out specific requirements.

Affordable Housing for People with Disabilities

RHF's affordable housing communities for people with disabilities are for those who meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) income criteria. Those who are mobility impaired may also look at affordable communities for older adults, a few units in the majority of those communities are open to those over the age of 18 and mobility impaired. This varies with every community. Please contact the community you are interested in to find out their specific requirements.
