Finding out that our 90-year-old mother couldn’t safely return home after multiple hospital stays and a three-week rehab stint was heartbreaking and overwhelming for our family. However, finding this community turned a stressful transition into an absolute blessing.

From the very beginning, we had the privilege of taking a tour with the Executive Director, Angie Ochoa, who was simply wonderful. She went out of her way to make my mother-in-law feel special and completely at ease during the entire visit. My husband and I had a long list of worries, but Angie answered every single question and concern with extreme knowledge, patience, and guidance. She explained the contract in complete detail, and our move-in day went off without a single flaw.

The warmth of the staff didn’t stop there. During our tour, we were warmly greeted by the Activity Director, Greg Spizzirri, and his wonderful team, who immediately made us feel like family. We were also introduced to the Director of Nursing, Debbie Gross, who went above and beyond by personally visiting my mother-in-law at her home to conduct a thorough assessment before admission.

Knowing she is surrounded by such a dedicated, compassionate, and professional leadership team gives our entire family incredible peace of mind. We cannot thank Angie, Greg, Debbie, and the rest of the staff enough for the exceptional care and kindness they have shown our family.
