If you are an employee for castle rock .check ur pay sub. Ur check this week will say PTO with $ and if you look back into January No $ only PTO hours.

Avoid at all cost. These people don’t do their job. No one wants to do their job, they avoid you when there’s an issue at hand and say things like “We will call you back” and NEVER do. My mother has 24 hour care (12 hour split shifts), and multiple times when an aide calls out, no coverage is sent over. Throwing everyone’s lives out of wack. There’s a reason for these services and we should be able to rely on an agency for the help. If I can give zero stars, I would.

I truly love the home attendants from this agency! I have 24 hr care for my father and thank God I found the coordinator who navigated me through the application process. He was always available for my questions and assured me along the way. The attendants I have are amazing! They enjoy the work they do and are knowledgeable. My father lives alone and they have truly been instrumental is helping to create an environment that is thoughtful and comfortable for him! Even the overnight attendants are on point! Even the ones they send to cover shifts who are not familiar with my father, are top notch!! I can’t say thank you enough to all who make this possible.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH about the EXCELLENCE that this agency provides. Castle Rock has been servicing my mom since August of 2020. The compassion and overall love for their clients and staff can not be surpassed. ALL OF MY MOM'S AIDES TRANSFERRED OVER WITH HER AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. I've worked with several agencies in the past and Castle Rock has proven to be the BEST. There has never been a time when I could not reach Miguel, Rosa or Ben. Having that level of communication is paramount when it comes to the care of your loved one and that was, and is not possible with the other agencies that I have worked with. If you're looking for an agency for your loved one, Castle Rock is the one.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but finally found time to do so. Castle Rock is the best and easiest agency I ever had to deal with. Miguel helped me get home care for my grandmother and made the process easier than most agencies. Not only did Miguel listen to the services my grandmother needed but he kept his word and sent the best home attendant. I am very thankful that Miguel and Rosa are always there for her no matter the situation. Thank you guys for always going above and beyond
