My parents have lived here for 3 years and this is the best place for them. The staff are so kind especially Michelle. I also love the residents. My parents enjoy their lives so much more.

My mother moved into Carmel Oaks in March of 2025. It was a rough transition, and the Carmel Oaks staff was extremely helpful and gracious during the entire process. Mom has been getting involved in Carmal Oaks' many activities, such as cards and dominoes, as well as multiple social events. A van takes residents to the grocery store weekly and is also available for doctor appointments. Mom raves about the chef and the dinners he prepares! The office staff has also been very kind and beneficial in helping me with my mom's transition from living alone in her house to independent living at Carmel Oaks. If you or a loved one are considering independent senior living, take a tour of Carmel Oaks and get on the waiting list right away!

The team here is not only professional but also incredibly kind. They go out of their way to make residents and visitors feel at home.
