I like it for my sibling, she seems to like it there the staff seems professional and she's been there for a while. It was recommended by my formal parent, who's son was in my class. She was a social worker and Carlton was highly recommended!

the Carlton staff is lazy. My mother needed cleaning and I could smell it badly. I told the staff and they did nothing stating she was already cleaned and her CNA has gone home. The place is dirty and needs cleaning by professional bad. It smells badly. My sister needs to take her somewhere else. I get sick myself when I come there.
