Caring Moore Homes was truly a blessing for my mom and our entire family. My mom lived with a TBI and had been in several similar homes over the years, but no other company ever came close to the compassion, consistency, and genuine love she received here. My mom could be behaviorally difficult at times, and not once did they make her, or me, feel bad or burdensome for it. They met her where she was, every single day, with patience, understanding, and dignity. That level of kindness is rare, and it meant everything to us. Their communication was excellent. I always felt informed and supported, and I never had to question whether she was being taken care of because I knew she was. My mom and I loved how they kept their clients actively engaged during ADT and out in the community, making sure their days were meaningful, stimulating, and filled with experiences rather than isolation. Julie the director at the time, even drove two and a half hours away to bring my mom to my college graduation and stayed to care for her the whole time! That’s the type of staff they have! Always going absolutely above and beyond! Sadly, my mom has since passed, but I still think about Caring Moore Homes all the time. The way they treated her, with true humanity, respect, and love has stayed with me. They gave her community. They gave her comfort. And they gave our family peace during a very difficult journey. If you are looking for a home where your loved one will be treated like family, where staff show up with heart even on the toughest days, Caring Moore Homes is the best choice you can make. They gave my mom a real home, not just a placement, and I will forever be grateful for that. Highly recommended!
