The managing staff is excellent as are several of the caregivers. However, they were having difficulty staffing for caregivers in the rehab unit during the time we were there, and there were several on staff who were not caring nor concerned about the resident’s needs. Response time was often very long, like 30 minutes at times. There were also a lot of complaints about the food being dry, not tasty, and/or not warm. The place is nice, though, and the therapy was good.

Chronically understaffed, poor conditions. Complete lack of care. Every single day the patients should be cared for, not just when it's convenient. That is literally your job. Owners and managers should be embarrassed. Feels like a third world country rehab center. Better off at home if you can't oversee the day to day care of your loved one.

My mom received the best care here. She was happy and comfortable. There is a great atmosphere there. I would recommend them to anyone. They have the best social atmosphere for the guests.

Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Caretel is well versed with multiple therapies, activities and (per my mother) the food is actually good. I am so glad we selected them for our mother cardiac rehab. There is no better inpatient rehab facility!

Transferred my father to the Caretel in Brighton- So very happy he is here! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. My father is getting therapy to help get his legs strong. They are kind and working well with him. The aesthetics of the facility are inviting and cute and everything is so clean. Super happy we got him transferred closer to home and it is such an amazing facility!!!!
