I have been with caremate almost 19 years! I highly recommend them! They are very professional, caring, kind and have helped me through the years with the home nurse visits! I am thankful for Kay, she is very professional and proficient in her Job! She genuinely cares about her clients, she makes you feel comfortable and she is easy to talk with! If you have any questions or concerns they are ready and willing to take the time to talk with you. THANK YOU caremate team!

I want to thank CareMate for making the process of taking care of my mom so easy. From the moment we were connected to the agency, they communicated effectively and explained the process. The nurses who take care of my mom really treated her like family. She also learned information about how to take her medications. I have been recommending this agency to everyone I know! I would like to start off by saying carry me is a TERRIBLE Agency they were very unreliable very unresponsible and very disorganized. If you are someone who has a physical disability and needs care this isn't the agency for your needs. They take months to get everything set up in the system and they set you up with staff you've never met or spoken to and they Send a nurse to assess your needs but they don't give their staff any information on how to assist you. My staff member quit on me the first day of working with me He wasn't aware of the job duties after we spoke to him. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone, Physically disabled, Mentally disabled, Elderly Or whatever the case may be.
