Jordan is an amazing leader and caregiver. I spent the past year trying to get my 94 yr old step father and my 87 yr old mother with Alzheimer's in home care. Jordan told me what to do at each step as they stubbornly refused care. After a few misfortunes, unfortunately they will now must move directly into Assisted Living. I did not get to employ Caregivers United, but Jordan spent hours on the phone with me. I can't thank him enough- He is a real God send!

I had the chance to meet Jordan, the founder, and I was immediately struck by his passion and the values he and his team stand for. What sets Caregivers United apart isn't just what they do, it's how they do it. I can say with confidence that the care and commitment they bring is the real deal. I used Caregivers United to help care for my Nana when she returned home from the hospital, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were extremely reliable and professional throughout the entire process. Every aide they sent was delightful and took excellent care of my Nana. They were quick learners, proactive, and showed genuine compassion. A special shoutout to Aires and Karen—they were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Caregivers United to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their loved one is in great hands. 10/10!

Caregivers United sets a very high bar in an industry where trust and consistency matter more than almost anything else. From what I’ve observed, their standards around communication, caregiver quality, and follow-through are exceptional. They don’t overpromise—and they absolutely don’t underdeliver. It’s clear they take their responsibility to families seriously and operate with a level of professionalism that’s rare in home care. If you’re looking for an agency that actually does what they say they’ll do, this is one worth paying attention to.

Recently, we experienced the need of a trusted and recognized agency in the Sarasota area. We were told to call Caregivers United. What stands out about Caregivers United is how much they genuinely care about people—not just outcomes. The culture they’ve built prioritizes respect, reliability, and doing the right thing even when it’s inconvenient. You can tell they’re intentional about who they bring onto their team and how they support families navigating really difficult seasons of life. It’s refreshing to see a company that leads with integrity and follows it up with strong execution. When you call them ask for Jordan, he is the owner but I would name him caregiver in chief. His dedication and empathy helped us navigate a difficult situation with our loved one.
