I’ve worked in healthcare for 30 years and have partnered with many hospice companies. Dementia care requires a very specific approach, and not every provider understands how to communicate with and support these patients. This became personal when my mother needed hospice with dementia. Luther and the Caregivers team have been exceptional. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly understands dementia care. Because of his attention and skill, my mother’s diabetic leg looks better than it has in a long time. Every caregiver has been kind, patient, and highly skilled. Hi my name is Carlotta and I am very thankful to have the amazing professional care from both of your best nurses Ren and Rhizza. They both care about me as their patient. They listen to me about my concerns of walking on my own again one day. Nurse Rhizza help when I was getting overwhelmed . I sometimes wasn't sure to take a certain pill twice a day. Nurse Ren console me about some important matters also. I missed them both already.

I had a medical emergency that required major abdominal surgery, a lengthy hospital stay and time in rehab. I was discharged with a large open surgical wound and ileostomy. I was so fortunate to be referred to Caregivers Home Health. The initial visit was arranged by rehab for the day after my discharge. The main office was very responsive and followed thru with any needs I had. They were so helpful when I had an issue with my insurance. I cannot speak highly enough of my nurse, Ren Perez. Three times a week for about 7 months, she cleaned and dressed my wound as well as provided ostomy care. Ren was professional, compassionate, and friendly. She was always punctual. Ren never rushed while treating me. She was so patient with answering any questions and responding to any concerns. In the early days, I was quite fearful and anxious regarding my situation. Ren was truly a source of comfort for me during that time. She was caring and empathetic towards me. I struggled with the ostomy alot, but she always had an idea or a new product to help with the issues I had. With her patience and teaching, I was able to adjust and can comfortably take care of the ostomy on my own. Ren was like family to us. There really are not any words to describe what she means to my family and me. I also want to mention another nurse, MaryAnn Arcilla, who took care of me temporarily. She was so kind and professional. I was very comfortable with her. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Caregivers Home Health!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Nurse Ren, who has been caring for my mother. From the very beginning, she has demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication that truly sets her apart. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my mother is not only well cared for, but also comfortable, respected, and treated with genuine kindness. Her attention to detail, strong clinical knowledge, and ability to anticipate needs have given me peace of mind. What truly stands out is her heart, she treats my mother as if she were her own family. She takes the time to listen, to comfort, and to connect on a personal level, which has made such a meaningful difference in my mother’s overall well-being. In a role that requires both skill and compassion, she excels in every way. We are incredibly grateful for her presence and the outstanding care she provides. She is truly a blessing to our family, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of exceptional nursing care.

I want to say “Thanks” to Fred and Chris (of Caregivers) for excellent care and service during my Physical Therapy after hip surgery. They were supportive and kept me informed all along the way. Each session was thorough and added more movements and exercises to get my body back to normal and functional body movements. Yes, sometimes it hurt, but it was all worth it. Thanks again for helping me on my healing path.
