I must say I am very pleased to have Ann in my home. I found a diamond in her. She goes above and behond for me. She seems to enjoy her job. She has a great responsibility with me and yet doesn't never seem to mind. I love her personally and enthusiastic. I am so Blessed to have her here with me. I have had many aides over the years and this lady is TOP SHELF. I enjoy having her here,weather be just chatting or her helping me with a shower. She is always ready and very respectful and professional. She has been a great addition to my family. Thank you Care Advantage. Good job for sending Ann my way.

I wouldn't even give them a one star but I had to. It's been 4 weeks this agency refuses to send my discharge. They are holding up my care. How to get social service case worker involved. Going to file a complaint with dmass Lies lies lies... Care advantage all right . They enjoy taking advantage of your care. I've never seen a company that was vindictive. Stay clear. Care advantage or generic response is ridiculous. I did reach out to you four times and got nothing but lies. All you had to do is do my discharge but after four phone calls and then my insurance lady calling you and a new agency calling you and you still didn't do the discharge being vindictive for whatever reason. Now social services is involved in making you do your job! Forget your generic responses you suck
