Visited a friend from church. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. My friend was up in a wheelchair in front of the tv with a group of other residents, many of whom were also very friendly.

This is the 3rd memory care facility my mother in law has been in and it is by far the best! It is clean, clean clean! It is beautifully decorated, bright and happy. The staff have been so friendly and helpful! Always ready to answer questions and quick to call back. Whether it’s the nurse manager, the social worker, the activities director, the financial director, or the laundry director, each and every one has been attentive and helpful. The nurses, techs, and housekeeping staff are always quick with a smile and friendly hello. I’ve seen them interact with multiple residents without them knowing and they have always been kind and helpful which can be challenging with those who constantly need redirection. The setting is a tranquil rural scene. I am beyond impressed and so happy that in what is not an ideal situation (having one’s family in need of care) they have made us feel very happy and grateful for the excellent care!

Capstone is like no other, they treat their residents as if they are family. Jessica administrator, Gabby Director of nursing and all of the staff put their heart and soul into making the building a loving and healing environment for the patients.

I would recommend the facility to friends and family members. I loved the activities department, it kills the time and keeps people active and engaged with the community- Morgan, Bonnie, and Jada were all a great team. Jaylyn was friendly and helpful outgoing. The energy in that department is excellent. Social Services with Amy and Autumn were helpful and knowledgeable about the needs. Food some days could be better. Megan is great in nursing they always know when I could use a pick me up. I wish I could know all the names, activities sometimes get in the way of Therapy, but I truly think it's phenomenal. They know your limitations, if you can't do it, they let you rest but they push you and encourage you to keep going! These are excellent aids- Brandi, Gloria, Vicky, Michelle but they moved her to the third floor. :( Shaya Mekenzie was great too. Desta too. Jess (Yesiena) Samara ! WE love you Matt! Customer Service - from Maria and Donna - If I ever had to go back to a nursing home, I would choose Capstone again- and I already told my daughter.
