On Sunday, July 5, 2026 my MOM unexpectedly lost her beloved 6-year-old beagle, Harley.<br><br>Harley was more than a pet “fur baby”<br><br>My sister, who died by suicide on Friday, June 28, 2024, gave her to my MOM as a Mother’s Day gift just weeks before her passing, making this loss especially heartbreaking.<br><br>I approached Jani and Lamar.<br><br>As the on-site traveling team, they responded immediately, consulting with local leadership (Amber and Sean) to determine the best plan of action.<br><br>Their next steps of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care made an incredibly difficult evening a little easier.<br><br>The outpouring of condolences, love, and affection from residents and staff has brought our family tremendous comfort during this difficult time.<br><br>MOM and I are deeply grateful for everyone’s kindness, empathy, and exceptional support.<br><br>It will never be forgotten.

Capitol Ridge is truly a special place. The managers are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make sure residents, staff, and guests feel happy, comfortable, and cared for. Their dedication and leadership create such a positive atmosphere throughout the entire community.<br><br>All the staff is incredibly kind, caring, and hardworking. Everyone works together as a team, and you can genuinely feel the sense of family the moment you walk through the doors. There are always smiling faces, amazing food, warm hearts, and a welcoming environment that makes Capitol Ridge feel like a second home.<br><br>You can tell the people here truly care about one another, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Staff is so friendly and helpful! The managers are just amazing and will do anything to make their residents happy and comfortable. The food is so delicious! You will love it here!!!

Its a great place..Too bad they have a revolving door of lousy Managers..Im talking about the Main Managers..they've had some great asst Managers ..but they try chase them away..

I have lived here for about a year. Overall the experience has been positive. With that said, the food has become progressively worse. The “executive chef” has no clue. The menu aside, the quality of the food is consistently substandard. Meals are routinely served lukewarm or cold. Should be an easy fix, but apparently not. French fries as an example are normally cold and soggy. Despite numerous complaints and discussions, no change. Even discussed with your regional chef, that was a waste of energy.
