Assisted Living

Capitol Lakes’ Assisted Living program provides residents with the assistance they need, and the independence they desire. Our Assisted Living program focuses on overall wellness, and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance. Residents enjoy beautifully appointed living spaces, delicious meals, engaging social activities, transportation, and personalized assistance and care.

Memory Care

At Capitol Lakes, we know the impact Alzheimer’s and other memory-impairing diseases can have on families. That’s why we offer a specialized Memory Support Program with a combination of specially trained staff, adaptive programs, and purposeful physical space to enable residents and their families to find joy and meaning each day.

Our deliberate approach to memory support seeks to minimize behaviors associated with dementia and restore idyllic, peaceful feelings from the past. We tailor our approach based on each individual’s values, strengths, desires, and needs, and believe it is important to focus on the history of each individual’s life and the contributions they’ve made.

Our program is designed to emphasize the positive, to promote a sense of purpose, and to build self-confidence. We don’t challenge residents to adapt to our environment; we adapt our environment to support the unique needs of each person we serve.

Comprehensive Care

Our specialized Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation program is staffed with an interdisciplinary team of professionals ready to assist in your transition from hospital to home. No matter your unique healthcare situation, we tailor our services to your needs.
