An Exceptional Experience with Jennifer Purdy at Heritage Senior Living<br><br>I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jennifer Purdy at Heritage Senior Living in Monona.<br><br>When my husband, Dale, moved to Heritage for enhanced assisted living, we were facing what was an overwhelming and emotional transition for both of us. From the very beginning, Jennifer went above and beyond to help us find a beautiful room and make sure everything was in place for his move. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine concern made an otherwise difficult process feel so much easier.<br><br>What has impressed me most, however, is that Jennifer’s kindness and compassion did not end once the move was completed. She has continued to be incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive to Dale. She consistently makes us feel that his well-being truly matters to her.<br><br>Jennifer is clearly someone who takes great pride in what she does, but more importantly, she brings genuine heart and compassion to her work. She has a wonderful ability to make families feel welcomed, supported, and reassured during a time when they need it most.<br><br>We feel very fortunate that Jennifer was there to help us through such an important transition. She is an exceptional representative of Heritage Senior Living, and I believe she deserves recognition for the care and dedication she gives to the families she serves.<br><br>Thank you, Jennifer, for everything you have done for Dale and for our family. You have made a meaningful difference, and we are truly grateful.

i do not recommend this place. The rooms are dirty my grandmother stays here and i feel like shes not well taken care of sometimes when i walk in i see wet diapers around and wet wipes that are use not even in the garbage. Ive mentioned this to sherry and marilyn and the nurse that this things need to change like what is going on are you guys not doing your job ? All the workers are in there just having fun while my grandma isnt being well taken care of. There are very few people who are great to my grandmother. Meds are being missed and not being passed on time i have to constantly call and call to make sure she get her medication. I dont like this place.

I had previously visited the Heritage in 10 o’clock Middleton Wisconsin. I was very impressed with that. The professionalism of Kate and the explanation of The units she showed me both very educational and informative as she also stated some of the amenities that went on at Heritage in Monona Grove. unfortunately, they did not have it this time the enhanced assisted living. I needed it in the form of a one bedroom apartment. We agreed that the studio would work for now and she put me on a list to have the option of switching To the one bedroom unit I’m looking for when it becomes available. I am impressed by the whole philosophy of the Heritage senior care philosophy.

In all honesty, I would give this facility negative stars if I was able. My grandmother sadly had to live in misery for three weeks here before she passed away. Of all the staff, I would say there were maybe TWO that genuinely took their jobs seriously, and we really appreciated that. As for the few other staff, who sat around on their phones, knowing my grandmother was paralyzed (other than very little strength from one hand), and could not feed herself (one of these times I walked into myself) I'll choose to bite my tongue with what I'd really like to say! My family and I spent each and every day at this facility, it also seemed that the more we visited, the less we saw staff checking in unless we hit the call button. The same button they put in my grandmothers paralyzed hand when we requested for weeks she have a necklace that was easier for her to push with her barely mobile hand. That necklace never came despite talking to the "director" Marilyn, several times about it. You sadly can't trust that any medication will be passed out when it is supposed to, and good luck trying to find a med passer. They do not take that seriously unless, you're making your own notes and consistently bringing it up. My grandmother sadly passed with none of her medication, thanks to the neglectful med passers and lack of communication amongst neglectful staff. I would like to go on but, this review would get too lengthy. What I would like to end with are the final words I heard out of Marilyn's mouth the day my grandmother passed away and we were walking out of her empty room.<br><br>"So very sad but, the disease was going to take her anyways".<br><br>I would NEVER send my worst enemy to this facility, even on a good day! Please think twice when sending those you LOVE here.
