First I want to say I do highly appreciate them being the only place that offers child care, and the therapy staff is absolutely amazing. Once they figure out how to do things correctly, this will be an amazing resource.

Unfortunately after my first visit, my 18 month old contracted RSV from the child care center within the ARC clinic.

We spent 2 days in the hospital, 6 days of a heavy fever and almost a week with less than 4 hours of sleep a night. We are on day 11 of being sick. My baby went from energetic and happy to miserable and barely getting out of bed. MY TODDLER doesn’t have the energy to play. It’s absolutely heartbreaking truthfully, and this could have easily been avoided.

I believe ARC would be a huge benefit to mothers wanting to better themselves if they could ensure our children are safe, which is clearly not the case.

I will never bring my child back here, and I wish I hadn’t brought him there to begin with.

When I called the clinic to let them know, they were apologetic, but had not ensured that they will do better and be more hygienic. An apology only goes so far without action behind it. Please do better for our children. You need to throughly sanitize after each child that comes in, and you need to decline services to those who come in sick. I’m lucky my child is a toddler, if he was under 6 months, I could’ve left the hospital without my baby..

Do better.
