Cape Cod Senior Residences is an independent and assisted living community located in Pocasset, Massachusetts, near Bourne. The community opened in 2005 on the site of the former Barnstable County Hospital and occupies 8.5 acres in a residential setting minutes from the Bourne Bridge and area beaches.

The community features 84 spacious apartments and a variety of shared amenities including a country kitchen, library, media room, fitness room, full-service salon, walking paths, a landscaped courtyard, screened porch, and community gardens that residents maintain. Residents choosing the assisted living option receive personal care services, medication management, and access to a range of wellness activities.

Cape Cod Senior Residences operates as a 100% affordable community with income-based eligibility for seniors 65 and older whose incomes are at or below 60% of the area median income. The community does not require upfront entrance or application fees. The property was developed through a public-private partnership between the nonprofit Housing Assistance Corporation of Hyannis and Realty Resources Chartered, and is managed by Senior Living Residences of Braintree.

The community is committed to maintaining an inclusive environment and has ensured that at least 80% of staff have completed LGBTQ Cultural Competency training through SAGECare to better understand and support LGBTQ older adults.
