Such a great facility! Staff is always friendly, helpful. Nurses listen! It’s clean, good food. As an outside agency going into places can be difficult but this place welcomes us with open arms! They appreciate what we do and thank us for it! Upper management is amazing! Would recommend them them to my own family

My experience with this facility has been nothing short of amazing. The level of care provided by the staff is exceptional, and the environment they have created is both welcoming and professional. It is clear that the well being and comfort of the residents are their top priorities. I have been particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the variety of activities, the quality of medical attention and how comfortable and loved my grandpa felt here. I would highly recommend Royal Cape Cod to anyone seeking a supportive and high-quality environment for their loved ones.

We had a very positive experience with this nursing home while my dad was there. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and respectful, making sure he was comfortable and well cared for at all times. Communication with our family was clear and timely, which gave us real peace of mind, when we had to be away at work . The facility itself was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. It’s never easy placing a loved one in care, but knowing he was in such capable and compassionate hands made all the difference. I had a great experience with royal cape cod! The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly care about the residents. The facility is always clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and respected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

My mother is currently in this "facility." They won't change her unless it's during rounds. They left her roommate in her own pee for over two hours. Ran out of my mom's pain meds 3 times. No communication around therapy or appts. Don't answer call lights, or get angry when they are pressed. Do not come here. Do not send your family here. Terrible all around.
