The staff members were very friendly, and kind hearted. Each visit, I was greeted with a welcoming smile. The facility was always clean, and the court yards were beautiful, well kept. Very pretty. It was a calming environment. 😊

These people do not care about their patients. My mother-in-law’s father went into a diabetic coma under their care. She went into his room to visit him only to find him seizing out from a diabetic coma and bleeding from an open wound. She calls an ambulance to get him to the hospital…while in the ambulance, EMT’s state his blood sugar is bottoming out at an 11. MY MIL calls the facility to see whether or not they checked his blood sugar that day and the person she spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and said they were in there an hour prior. Said his sugar was in the 200s but how does it drop from 200 to 11 in an hour?? Her mama was in there the whole time and told us not one person came in there to check on him. For the love of God, if you care about your loved one, DO NOT send them here. Her poor daddy is now back in the ER again due to their lack of care. Not like they care anyway.

The staff at Canterbury is amazing ! The director of Nursing Shannel and ADON Laura James are very great admin staff. Tracy Brown the administrator is very caring. The social workers Raven and Justina care a lot about the patients! Zulema , Chelsea, and Nicole are great with the admission process! The CNAs are very patient/resident centered. Activities are great and fun with B.Freeman. Human resources is great with Shalonda . The receptionist Tamika is kind and welcoming ! The staff at Canterbury is very caring and love what they do. I would recommend my loved ones to Canterbury Health and Rehab.

My best friend’s dad recently had a major health scare and was in desperate need of rehab. We visited the Canterbury Healthcare Facility as a potential option and were very impressed. It’s a clean facility and the staff were friendly and informative. The administrator, Tracy Brown, took time to give us a tour and answer all of our questions. We were totally comfortable with our choice to set my friend’s dad up for rehab at this facility. So grateful for the staff who provide fantastic care there.
