Bridgeway Health & Rehabilitation Center: The 2026 Residents Prom at Bridgeway Health and Rehabilitation Center was one of the most beautiful and emotional events I have ever witnessed. The staff’s compassion, dedication, and genuine love for the residents were so powerful that it brought tears of joy to my eyes.Seeing the residents dressed in their elegant gowns, lovely dresses, and sharp suits was truly moving. They looked confident, youthful, and radiant — and the happiness on their faces was unforgettable. Their smiles told the story of a night where they felt honored, celebrated, and deeply cared for.The cafeteria was transformed breathtaking black‑and‑elegant prom setting, complete with warm lighting, thoughtful décor, and music that touched the soul. Families gathered with pride and love, and the entire atmosphere was filled with unity, joy, and heartfelt emotion.I want to express my deepest appreciation to the Bridgeway staff. Your hard work, creativity, and sincere compassion created a night that meant more than words can express. You didn’t just host an event - you created a moment of pure joy, dignity, and love that residents and families will cherish forever.Bridgeway’s staff embodies excellence, heart, and true dedication to resident care. A remarkable team and an unforgettable night.I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire Bridgeway staff for their hard work, creativity, and attention to detail. Bridgeway’s Prom event was wonderful!!! The residents looked amazing, the decorations were beautiful, and the entire evening was full of smiles, laughter, and dancing. Huge shout out to the director and her team for putting together such a special event. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it was clear how much time and effort went into making the night memorable for the residents and families. You could see how much the entire team cares about those residents like they truly are family.

I had to give a 1 in order to write a review. The reviews on here do not match the service - don’t be fooled! The reviews are why I chose Arabella for my relative. The aides are rude and disrespectful just because you ask them to “do their job”.. They talk down to the patients not knowing the circumstances that brought them there. Especially, those old ones that should be in “retired” mode. If you don’t like your job…quit! The only positive encounters were the nurse and the front door greeter that looked like sisters and these three aides only: Janet, Shaun and Trellini (sp). Yes, only three that showed they truly cared for their patients. Other than that, if the new management is looking to be successful, cleaning house will solve the problem.

Thanks Arabella for such a great team! You welcomed my dad like family when he came for rehab after his hip surgery. You have a great team of Nurses and CNAs that take pride in making everyone feel like family, you guys not only catered to my dad needs but ours as well, keeping us updated on his plan of care made us feel so comfortable leaving him as if he was at home. Thanks for all you do! Ms Sims, Went over and above her duties to ensure that dad was well taken care of each day we visited him. Thank you again Arabella
