Lack of staff, they do what they can, but they desperately need more staff, patients lights on for very long periods of time had to get staff myself, food is unacceptable then staff has to take extra time finding a substitute. It is a clean facility but like I said they need more staff to properly take care of the patients needs and hygiene

I visited this facility as an outside Family Nurse Practitioner seeing a resident for their annual wellness visit for Humana. Staff were so helpful, professional, and the overall environment was positive.<br>Thank you all! 🫶🏼

Staff is not attentive at all. You can ask for simple assistance and be completely ignored.

Staff is extremely helpful and caring. Had a terrible experience with another nursing home and Canterbury by far surpassed them.
