Camino Ridge is exceptionally clean, and the administrative team is consistently approachable. The recent renovations make the environment feel modern and well‑organized, and it’s clear that leadership is strong and actively invested in staff development. I also noticed that their infection‑prevention campaign is working well—staff follow protocols carefully, and the facility feels safe. DSD Is awesome. Patients appear well cared for, and the rehab department is outstanding. Overall, Camino Ridge is a solid, trustworthy place for families seeking quality care for their loved ones.

I have really enjoyed much of my experience at Camino Ridge. All negative experiences were due to other patients, not the staff. The Physical and occupational therapies were awesome. The nursing staff was kind and patient in teaching me to use my wound vac equipment. I did wish that there was a daily shower available but can understand the increased staffing that would be required to accomplish that goal. Another temporary issue that will ultimately turn positive is the current remodeling of the facility. It is currently being given a much needed Face-lift that will greatly enhance this naturally beautiful space. If I could offer one change it would be the addition of a small office space for patients who find themselves in post-acute care but still need and are able to get on thier computers and phones to take care of issues with thier homes and businesses in quiet, professional environment. All in all my experience has been good and the staff excellent. They deserve smiles and love and I will remember them all with fondness.

I was really amazed when my family and friends walked in because the staff welcomed us and taught us how to ID who we're by signing us and taking our pictures. The facility is really clean and comfortable. The staff were very respectful and compassionate. It’s a care home that I would recommend patients loved family should choose.

We had an overall very positive experience at Camino Ridge while our mom recovered from significant medical setbacks after 3 hospitalizations and 2 other post-acute rehab facilities. First, it's most important to talk about the things that were so critical that the team at Camino Ridge provided with great care and excellence. Our mom had the BEST CNA's, Carmen and Ricardo, throughout most of her time at the facility. The care they provided helped to make my mom feel like a person again instead of just a patient. The therapists were outstanding: Jimmy (PT) and Dave (OT) and Ami (SLP) (and the other PT/OTs we worked with as well) provided a great balance of compassion while safely helping my mom push forward to make progress that we weren't sure was even possible anymore. They demonstrated that they are truly in the business of healing and rehabilitation. They were unphased by the hard/bad days and celebrated with us on the good days. The gym was well-equipped with excellent equipment, and their outside space gives patients a chance to get some fresh air quite easily. Our case manager, Robin, was always available to answer our questions. He helped us maintain realistic expectations and communicated with warmth, clarity and professionalism. Nancy, the in-house dietician, checked in with us regularly throughout my mom's recovery, and was always wanting to look for ways we could safely and creatively boost nutritional intake and build strength. What is abundantly clear is how hard the team is working to provide as excellent service and care as they possibly can. They are still working out the rough edges, though. The challenges they face as a larger facility pertain to having enough staff to meet the ongoing needs of so many people at all hours of the day. There were a number of meal mix-ups which was frustrating since mom was served food that was inappropriate/unsafe for her dysphagia. There were times when lights would be left on or the room door would be left open in the middle of the night, disrupting sleep/rest, and no one noticed. There were times when we would see our mom's roommate's pain medication not being ordered or available for multiple days. The hard thing is that those things happen, and they make it hard to really feel 5-star happy, and perhaps that is just part of the post-acute rehab experience. The first night mom spent there, her roommate shouted all night long for someone to help her. She was still shouting at 8:15am when we arrived. To their credit, the team arranged for a room change immediately, but It took a week for mom to recover from that first terrible night. I hope it's OK to give real feedback here. The main takeaway for us was that my mom received the care and therapy she needed after 3 pneumonias and a stroke to get better safely. Camino Ridge kept her safe and helped her get strong where other facilities failed. They were kind and never gave up on her. We are deeply grateful for the care she received there.

This is a really nice facility! One of the best ones I’ve been in. The staff are super friendly, nice, super helpful. They continue to help me get better! The staff are willing to help at anytime! I press my call light and they are there! The food is excellent!! They even do laundry which upon request which is a plus and the laundry lady is super nice and hangs up everything! Everyone here is very professional and has great attitudes. My CNA is excellent and very helpful! She understands what I need and is always willing to make sure I am comfortable! Shoutout to rehab!! They really have helped me a lot with building muscle and day to day activities!
