What a nightmare! It was disorganized, filthy, rude incompetent staff. After one week I got my sister transferred to another rehab center. The ambulance driver who transported her from one facility to the new one, pulled me aside. He said he was going to report the place. In his 20/25 years of ambulance services, he has never seen anything as filthy, staffed with incompetent people who just didn’t care.

Honestly, I was pretty stressed about moving my uncle into Cambridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, but the experience has been a huge weight off my shoulders. The rehab team, especially the physical therapists, are the real deal; they’re patient but firm enough to actually get results. I also love that it’s right on Dana St, so I can easily grab a coffee nearby and walk over for visits. It’s not one of those massive, cold facilities where you feel like a number. The nurses actually recognize me when I walk in, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. It’s been a solid experience during a tough time for our family.

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect when we first brought my relative to Cambridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, but the staff here really stepped up. It's a smaller, more personal facility on Dana Street, so it doesn't feel quite as 'corporate' as some of the bigger places we looked at. The nurses and rehab team were incredibly patient, especially during the first week when things were a bit overwhelming. We also really appreciated the location—it’s right in the middle of Cambridge, so it was easy for us to pop in and out for visits. Seeing the progress they made in physical therapy was a huge relief for our family.

When my father left Mass General Hospital they gave me 2 options for rehab with one being Cambridge Rehabilitation & Nursing. They said it was rated 5 stars and I laughed. Never thought any nursing could be rated so high but I'm not laughing anymore and if I could give them 6 Stars to 10 Stars I woul give them the highest.. This place is special, the staff is exceptional and the service outstanding. A nursing home can be very difficult place to stay and or work but ALL the staff member there are great people and I love them all and can't thank them enough for the kindness and service to their patients. Thank you All
