Extremely understaffed, I see the same workers there almost every single day, my aunt is in their care and has had to wait over 30 minutes to get help in their care at night because there is only one caregiver on the floor! Their own managers review their care online!!! Meri has tried to make herself as useful to my family as she can but with these concerns being brought around for a great bit of time now I don’t see why issues aren’t being corrected.

Growing up I thought retirement homes were boring and like a hospital. Boy was I wrong. This place looks like a home away from home. People living here always look happy and will talk about how great the place is if you give them a chance. I would highly recommend and wouldn't mind moving in when its my time.

They treat every resident like family, which gave us immense peace of mind when placing our loved one in their care. The level of communication is excellent, and we always felt informed and involved in the care process. The facility itself is beautiful—clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming and comfortable. The dementia care program, in particular, is outstanding. We’ve also appreciated the sense of community.
