About California Terrace

California Terrace is a skilled nursing community that provides both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services for seniors. The community's stated mission is to offer compassionate, comprehensive, and personalized care that supports the health, well-being, and dignity of each resident.

Care is delivered by a team of professionals who have chosen long-term care as their life's work, and who work to stay current with the industry's best practices. Each resident is asked about their personal priorities, and a care plan is developed to meet those individual needs.

California Terrace offers 24-hour, seven-days-a-week skilled nursing care for residents who require short-term rehabilitation following a major health event, recognizing that such events can affect many aspects of a person's life and that rehabilitation plays a key role in recovery.

For residents planning to stay longer term, the community emphasizes an environment where seniors can look forward to companionship and daily engagement, alongside the clinical support they need.

Visited my sister the other day, omg, the rooms are not great, the vents are rusty and stale, but anyway her nails were long like a witch, I asked her do they cut them she said no, so I did them while I was there, and one is growing inward, she said she was on a list for the next 4 weeks to get them cut.... Wat kind of mess is that, it looked like an emergency situation.. I can go on but I will not, it was a pleasure to see her. God bless

While visiting a close friend's brother, I was SHOCKED and APPALLED at the HORRENDOUS SMELL REEKING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE FACILITY! Also, the NON-CHALANT behavior and ATTITUDE from staff toward Resident's complaints and concerns. The STAFF APPEARED TO BE AT A SOCIAL GATHERING, rather than a Nursing Facility!!! 💯
