Yes, this is Mr. Mashburn room 311. I just wanted to report that RITA and Lavon took out of their daily work to take me the second time that transportation miss me to a place called Stubbs and I just wanted to report that they even took me out to eat lunch because it was getting late when I got out of there and it was a very pleasant safe trip and I just thought I should report this so thank you for letting them take me to begin with and I did enjoy it very much

First of all, I give this place ZERO Stars. I am seventy years old and I have NEVER seen a place in such poor condition, not to mention their employees that simply do not care. My sister-in-law was there for rehab after surgery on her leg she broke. I bet she didn’t have rehab five times in twenty-one days she was there. She was only approved for 21 Days and she still couldn’t walk without any assistance because they did not do their job they got paid for, for the therapy she was required. Then, to top that off, the room she was in , get this, “Had no bathroom”. Yes, no bathroom in the room. Their bathroom is in the hall that is used by visitors and employees. You would think there are laws that would make them have bathrooms in each room. Then, the employees, they are so nasty looking, they don’t care and their attitudes are unbelievable. If you DON’T care for your mother, father or a family member then I highly recommend this place. Put them there and let them be. But, if you care at all about your mother, father or family member then do not consider this place. They would be better off at home. This is my review of this place.

I have a loved one who has been there for 6 months. We have been happy with their care. The only thing is the food menu changes without notice and the food is sometimes not too good. Most of the staff has been attentive, engaged, and empathetic. We would recommend this facility to others.
