The entire staff have been amazing. I can’t say enough about how well my family member is taken care of. The staff are always extremely kind and helpful, they are so patient with my family member, and always have a positive attitude. I am usually there more during the day, and Marci, princess, and the rest of the staff are always so great with the residents.i appreciate everything they have done

My mother just moved in this week. Marcy her caretaker goes above and beyond. When you walk in the facility it’s super clean and homey feeling. I couldn’t recommend more highly! 5 stars!! Oh and the family of ground hogs live right outside her window.<br><br>Update: Everyone of the caretakers is beyond Amazing. They all are truly wonderful people that truly care. It feels like family. Shanice for example, has the brightest smile and warmest hugs. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is healthy and happy as well. Cannot recommend more, opposite experience than my mother received care at some other facilities. These people take amazing care of my mom, and I could not be more grateful!!

Small community— BIG heart! There’s a warm, family-like atmosphere that you don’t always find in larger communities. Residents are treated with dignity, kindness, and respect, and their comfort is clearly a top priority. Proud to be partnered in providing quality care to the residents of Ridge Manor!

We just moved my Mom in there 2 weeks ago and after losing her Husband of 38 years its exactly what she needed. The staff are wonderful and very kind! Its clean and you can tell they love the patients. It takes a special kind of person to do this kind of work and I just want to be sure my Mama is loved and cared for. They let her bring her piano and I think its so important for her to have that touch of home there with her. She is clean, and well fed and gets to exercise. I know change must be so hard for them as they get older, Mom's whole world has completely changed in the last few weeks and I am so thankful to Victoria, Princess, Shauntel & the other staff for being so great to my precious Mama. She needs the structure and stability, but also the one on one care and love they are providing. It's such a relief to be able to go to work everyday knowing she is well taken care of!

There are no words to describe our appreciation for Victoria and her staff. Their loving care made our loved one's last days as pampered and special as they could possibly have been.<br><br>The facility was always bright and clean. Staff doted on each resident, providing watchful care with grace and dignity.<br><br>We can't imagine anything more they could have done, or anywhere else that we would want to go ourselves if we ever need care.
