Don’t let your loved ones go here if you care about them. They’ll say they treated them that day, and bill for it, even though they didn’t. Ask for itemizations and confirm what was billed actually took place. Staff are provided the bare minimum of resources, causing them struggle to adequately do their jobs. This place needs an audit…

Under no circumstances should you allow your loved ones to stay in this facility. As soon as you walk in the building the ammonia smell from the urine and feces , which lingers throughout the whole building is overwhelming. The place is so filthy It's not fit for a dog. My father was sent here for rehabilitation and was placed in a bed with stains and hair on it, and they let him sit in his own urine. The Murray county state license board should be notified immediately about this place along with the state! This place obviously has not been evaluated by anyone. It is deplorable conditions. I Feel so bad for the people that have to stay there.

My family reported CHC to Ombudsman. They came in forcing them to clean, repair, slightly improved an outdoor space but they only take smokers outside! The food was terrible. CHC tried to keep us from transferring her to another facility by bad mouthing to them but we finally got her out of there. They did not have a website so couldn't see pics or info but they were the 1st to have availability... go figure. It was a nightmare what we witnessed. If you care about your family member don't put them in Chatsworth Healthcare

Don't let the exterior of the building fool you. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff are caring and kind. My uncle has been here a couple of years on the memory care unit. When we take my mom to visit, it always smells nice, and my uncle is always clean shaven and freshly bathed. The staff never know when we're coming, but they're always ready. My uncle has Alzheimer's, and he can be very difficult to handle. The staff somehow manage to cajole him to take a bath and change clothes. Most times when we visit, there are others there entertaining the residents. The residents seem healthy, well-fed, and happy. During this lock-down, the staff arranged a facetime virtual visit for my mom with her brother. She was thrilled to see him, and he could see and hear her. It gave my mom some peace during this stressful time.

Let my dad go with urine and couple times feces on him, I feel wasn’t checked on frequently. Enough. But my dad passed very early yesterday morning there. Within 29 minutes after me calling check on him , all was fine, I was told. I don’t understand!!!!
