I can’t say enough good things about Georgia Elite Home Care Services! From the moment we reached out, their team was incredibly professional, caring, and attentive to every detail. They made sure my family member felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. Communication was easy, the staff was always on time, and their compassion truly set them apart. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of home care services in the Chatsworth area!

Unfortunately companies such as this one, who are dealing with the personal health care of older people, have a huge issue with communication. As a patient/client something very important to me and my treatment is for a company to have integrity, and apparently that is not particularly required in this line of work. I am constantly being told that I would be contacted concerning the status of my assistance yet for whatever reason I am often simply ignored. These types of organizations need to understand the impact that their daily decisions have on elderly people. {This is an update: I have requested that my services be transferred from Georgia Elite to a different company altogether. Although I do qualify for these services this company is not able to provide them}
