Cades Center in South Jackson location are so good to my mom. There are a couple of employee there who give her hugs and see to it she is comfortable and checked on throughout the day and night.

Amazing staff! Everyone here is very friendly and super passionate about caring for their residents. I was very worried about putting our grandmother into a home, but the folks here made her feel right at home! The staff and residents, alike, are one big family!

The staff truly cares about the residents and works hard to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and respected. Assisted living can be challenging work, but the team here consistently goes above and beyond for the people who live here.<br><br>Families should know that the residents are treated like individuals, not just room numbers. The staff builds real relationships with them and does their best to create a home-like environment. There is always room for improvement anywhere, but the dedication and compassion from many of the employees here is incredible and something to be proud of!

My Mom and StepDad were the 2nd residents there when it first opened. My Mom is still there. The staff there are angels in my opinion. Always giving excellent care to my Mom. I appreciate it more than they know.

Be advised if put down a power chair deposit that you will lose the whole $1000 if any damage is done to the building. You would think that you would get an itemized list of damage and it would be deducted from the deposit and the rest refunded. But it don't work that way there.
