This facility and Stage Management can not be trusted with your loved ones. My mother was prescribed a diuretic for her heart failure and they didn't start her medication for 6 months when I finally threatened them with legal action. I visited my mom this past weekend and there were spiders crawlig on her. The rooms are filthy and the food is inedible. The QMAPs act like your family member is their property and they can treat them however poorly they see fit. The doctor ordered tests and specimen collection at the facility and they refused to collect the samples. The orders and collection material are still sitting in her room after 8 months. They weren't giving her medications correctly. At one point they were giving another resident her medication. They can not be trusted to take care of your family member.

The Care Staff Here at this facility is ecstatic! Angie , the medication and caregiver welcomed our family with open arms and has treated my mother with outstanding care. She's super polite. Always has the brightest smile on her face and super friendly. Highly recommend to have her around for all of my mom's needs. Thank you Angie ! Thank you The Village of Bear Creek for having such amazing outstanding staff like Angie to be here to provide and make this environment better for my mother and our family!!

My auntie lives in this facility it is an amazing atmosphere and location! The staff is hands down the amazing and are always have a positive attitude you can feel the warmth when you go and leave ! The lady hope Angie and Christina also meet the wonderful lady named Sabrina in bld,1 those lady's are super stars 🤩 thank you for taken care of my auntie so well

came to visit my grandson longest kiven friend and the atmosphere in memory care is amazing 🤩 the caretaker angie greats you as well ass all the staff with genuine smiles and answers all my questions and the care shows from all the staff when you take a tour of how much they truly care for the residents it's an amazing feeling to have when you come and when you leave knowing your loved one is safe and happy 😁 I recommended this facility to some of the lady's at my church
