Been going there for years but as of this past week I will NEVER step foot in that clinic again!!!! I have never been so degraded and uncared for as I did with my visit with Gretchen gerovac… she had zero time for me and finally said there was nothing she could do to help me.. she acted like I was such a burden to her and said some pretty harsh words to me.. I left there so confused crying and angry.. and I knew I would never go back there again..it used to be good doctors there caring, concerned not no more..

My primary care provider is at Burnett Medical Center. I wouldn't trade her for anyone. Always a great experience. Worth the 30 minute drive.

3 stars because I have been trying to get my overpayment (what BMC owes me back) since the end of November 2025, with still no resolution. I have been given the run around and told it would come and it still hasn't. Now I cannot even reach anyone in the billing department. I understand people get busy and life happens, but I feel like waiting almost 3 months for a refund is a little much.At this point we will be pursuing other places for care as this has just become quite the annoyance. We have recieved decent care in the past. I would not go here for more than the basics, but still nice to have the convenience in town.

I underwent a procedure at BMC and was very impressed with the level of professionalism and organization. The nursing team was attentive, the doctor explained each step thoroughly, and the recovery staff ensured I was comfortable. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Family member came in with a broken foot. Wrapped it up , no xrays, no test, nothing.. "oh you're good to go home".. went to st. Croix and they had to have surgery to move the bone back into place. Overall NEVER go to grantsburg. Absolutely thee worst hospital I have ever been to and will never attend or visit again.
