My loved one recently moved into Timber Pines, and I can't say enough good things about the staff. From my initial contact with Ryan, touring with Kristine, meeting with Ashley, and through move-in day with Christine, everyone treated us with genuine kindness and compassion.<br><br>Moving a loved one into assisted living is emotional and overwhelming, but their team was there for us every step of the way. They patiently answered my many questions, checked in often, and made sure we never felt like we were navigating the process alone. They took the time to get to know not only our family member, but our family as well. That personal touch meant more than I can put into words and truly set them apart.<br><br>The building is clean, welcoming, and feels more like a home than a facility. Seeing residents engaged, smiling, and genuinely happy to be there gave us a sense of comfort that is hard to describe. She was welcomed with a basket of essentials and fresh-baked cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch and made her feel at home right away.<br><br>Since moving in, the communication and support from the team have continued. We have had check-ins with both her and myself from several staff members, and the nursing communication regarding appointments and updates has been wonderful. Knowing we are kept informed and supported has given us great peace of mind.<br><br>Choosing an assisted living community is one of the hardest decisions a family can make. Thanks to the incredible team at Timber Pines, we know she is in a place where she is treated with kindness, dignity, and respect every single day. We are truly grateful for everything they have done to make this transition easier for our entire family.
