The Rushseba by Vivie is an assisted living community in Rush City, Minnesota, comprising two connected buildings: Rushseba Station, which offers assisted living and memory care with 24-hour staffing and licensed nursing, and Rushseba Landing, which provides independent senior living apartments for active older adults.

Rushseba Station residents receive 24-hour staff support, personal emergency response systems, and can add nursing packages for conditions like diabetes and INR management as their needs change. Memory Care at Rushseba Station is provided in a secure, nurturing setting by specially trained staff focused on safety, comfort, and connection. Rushseba Landing offers spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and modern finishes, with utilities and Wi-Fi included; residents can transition to Rushseba Station if care needs increase.

Both buildings offer access to shared amenities including the Pioneer Grill restaurant and bistro, a wellness center with HUR-brand exercise equipment and group classes, a salon and barbershop, an art studio, a library, raised garden beds, and outdoor walking paths. The Pioneer Grill and wellness center are open to the public.
