Not a good place. My Stepdad caught COVID and a male employee turned around and farted right at my stepdad when he brought in his dinner.<br>I would give no stars but that's not an option

My father has been on hospice for a while now and we have been unable to care for him around the clock at home. Dove and their staff have been amazing and transitioning my dad into their care. Between the hospice team and the dove staff, his life is greatly improved and he's a completely different person. They do an amazing job and my siblings and my mother are so pleased with how good they are at dealing with a very difficult person. My dad is not the easiest person to deal with and I am thrilled how well the staff treats him with dignity. Is a very tough time for anyone to go through but Dove has done an amazing job and I'm so happy that he is in their care because I sleep very good at night knowing he's in good hands!

My father in-law got sent there after a surgery and it has been the worst care I’ve seen.. coming from someone who’s worked in assisted livings for over 10years.. Tried calling to talk to someone and they can’t answer their phone. Was looking to talk to administrative director and got sent to Voicemail . staff are sitting up front doing nothing when he rang his bell it took over 30 min for them to come. Not sure why cause we just walked in and there were about 4 of them sitting at the front desk doing nothing. We haven't met any staff that were friendly. His bathroom is never clean when we come to visit. This last time we came they had a commode bucket sitting in the corner under the sink that had dry pee in it. His bedroom floor was so dirty it looks like it hasn’t been clean in over a month. There’s so much more I would not recommend moving a loved one into this place.!
