From the moment we arrived, the experience felt less like touring a senior living community and more like visiting a beautifully appointed resort — the gardens alone are breathtaking. The graciousness of the residents who welcomed us into their studio and one-bedroom homes made an equally lasting impression. It was a wonderful morning, and we left feeling genuinely excited about what this next chapter could look like for our mother.<br><br>The walk-through by the Lead Retirement Counselor Debbie W., of the financial side was thorough and clear, especially the explanation of how the progressive model carries residents through independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care as their needs evolve. The peace of mind that comes with that continuity of care is one of the things that stood out most to us.<br><br>We appreciated the warmth, professionalism, and patience with all of our questions. We're very much looking forward to our mother becoming a resident soon!
