I could not have transitioned this move for my husband without Denise A. Every step of the way Denise was there to guide me, she was patient and kind and so very knowledgeable. These decisions are difficult but even after we found a place Denise checked in, she lended support like an old friend. Move in day she had words of encouragement and 3 days in she checked in with me to see how Tom was doing. There are angels on earth and Denise is one of them. I would have been lost without her. Thank you so much Denise for your compassion, kindness and your gentle guidance. I am forever in your debt.<br>Fiona

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jodi Williams with Soter LLC in Melbourne, Florida. During one of the most difficult and emotional times in my life, Jodi was there to help me navigate the overwhelming process of finding the right assisted living facility for my 91-year-old mother, who has Alzheimer’s.<br><br>Jodi took the time to truly listen to my concerns, understand my mother’s needs, and help me find an excellent facility where I could feel confident that my mom would be safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Her knowledge, compassion, patience, and genuine concern made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.<br><br>What impressed me most, however, is that Jodi’s support didn’t end once my mom moved in. She has continued to check in with me to make sure I’m satisfied and that everything is going well. That level of follow-up and genuine caring is something you don’t find every day.<br><br>Jodi went far beyond simply helping me find a facility—she gave me peace of mind during a very difficult chapter of my life. I cannot say enough good things about Soter and specifically Janice. I reached out to start looking into options for my mom and things escalated quickly with her need for assisted living. It was a very tricky situation and Janice could not have been kinder or worked harder to find a solution for my family. I am the only one who lives locally and work full-time. She was always available and we could not have done it without her help. More than that, I felt like I had an ally and an advocate in my corner. We found a great place for my mom and I will be forever grateful for Janice's help. I'm sure we will need her again and I can't recommend Janice and Soter enough!

I discovered that my elderly parents had stopped being able to care for themselves and their condo was going to be auctioned a week before it happened. Between DCF and their referral to Janice, I knew right away they were in great caring hands. My parents were placed in a safe environment they could afford in weeks. I am making it sound easy but it was not and Janice held strong and remained professional and caring even when the people she was trying to help were unable to. Cant say enough good things!! Thank you

We recently had to place my husband with advanced dementia into memory care. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Janice Naimy made an impossibly difficult decision and process so much easier. My family and I will be forever grateful to her efficient (we had to place him right away from the hospital) and compassionate help. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Janice. It was like she dropped from the heavens exactly when we needed her. She took care of everything for us. She was a lifesaver. I couldn't recommend her more highly. Thank you Janice for absolutely everything.
