My experience was good entering Buckingham Pavilion. The elevators were working properly & quickly without pushing both the up & down elevator buttons. The hallway leading to my wife's room 208-2 was wet due to an overflow of water from one of the hallway walk-in shower rooms

Everyone seems comfortable and happy with the daily program. part of being retirement Rehabilitation place, I think the carpet in the hallway needs to go.
