Sent me home with an A1c so high their machine couldn't read it and never checked my blood sugar after telling me I was diabetic. 7 hours later I was in the allen er being treated for dka. I'll never set foot in this place again.

Expect a 3 plus hour wait to be seen in urgent care, not worth the “convenience” of being in town. Make the drive to Waterloo urgent care and save yourself the wasted time.

Patient Diagnoses: -POTS -Hashimoto's Disease -Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) -Herniated stomach "Patient is just depressed and needs to drink more water." Disgraceful how BCHC has treated my family members over the years. It's no wonder I went 30 years myself with undiagnosed asthma. This medical center is negligent and harming patients by not taking their concerns seriously.

They take and use employees pro without confirming with the Employee. To many bosses for each area. If u have appointment they won’t take u back see doctor at your time atleast half hr wait
